This means longer cutting life with less breakage * Grinding: All flutes are hollow ground with double clearance angles. The flute face is also hollow ground and polished to assure free cutting actions with minimum of heat generation. All tools have end cutting teeth. Special grinding procedures and equipment assures a high degree on concentricity between shank and cutting flutes * Tolerances: Taper angles constant to +/- .001" per inch of flute length. Tip diameter tolerances are held at +/- .002". Shank diameter tolerances are -.0002 to -.0005".
