    Brief instructions for use of mud viscometer:

    1. Before measuring the viscosity, wash the viscometer with water and put the mud to be tested into the mud mixer for 1 minute.

    2. Pour 500ml and 200ml(700ml) of mud through the sieve in a measuring cup into the viscometer, and block the flow outlet of the viscometer with your finger to prevent it from flowing out.

    3. Measurement: place the 500ml measuring cup under the flow exit, and start the stopwatch when releasing the finger blocking the exit.

    4. When the measuring cup full of 500ml mud flow reaches its edge, stop the stopwatch and record the time of mud outflow, that is, the viscosity of mud.

    Note:

    It is convenient to hang the viscometer up for experiment.
